Razer sofware activation code

hi Greetings from México. Well here is my problem (I have already been trying to contact via phone or e-mail o chat but the razer suppor always redirectes me to this one https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support) and its a bucle time after time: yesterday i receive my new Kraken X, everything ok with the product, but since I am worthless with manual tasks I rippeed apart the the activation code for the sofware setup.
