Razer Sphex V2 Mini doesn't like my G203 Prodigy

Bought the mousepad for xmas because my old cheap rubber/foam pad was breaking down. This was cheap and it looked cool. Reviews were great on it aside from the adhesive complaints, but that didn't bother me. I got it and immediately had issues. While playing games my mouse will randomly cause my player to look up even if the mouse hadn't moved. Restarted laptop a few times and it still happens. It doesn't do this on my old mousepad or the desk surface itself. What could the issue be? Everything is clean and no obstructions on the sensor as well.

    That's weird. Try to lay the mouse mat flat on your desktop surface. Then, place a book or any flat object on the mat and let it rest for at least 24 hours. You can also try to follow this guide in cleaning the mat. If you further assistance, feel free to send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread now.

    It came flat and is flat. Even so it doesn't have the same issue on a cheap rubber/foam mat that definitely isn't flat. I cleaned it off with a little bit of diluted isopropyl alcohol.

    I understand. Do PM me a copy of its proof of purchase. That way, I can verify its warranty status. Let's continue from there.
