So I have googled the hell out of this issue, downloaded all the sr3000 drivers and other drivers and the depth cam just does not work at all, i get a green screen appear when its activated, the normal rgb camera works fine, but this isn't why i spent all this money out for. I bought it specifically for the background removal, and nothing works. The razor help pages are useless because i have tried everything that is suggested and i either get told ther eis no webcam detected, only the stargazer microphone is detected for some reason, yet the webcam only works when its set to rgb, so the computer is lying to me because how can it not detect a webcam yet it works if you only have it set as rgb? I am not happy
