Razer Stargazer not working for windows hello

I've tried installing synapse and getting the sr300 driver both dont work the sr300 driver says that it cant detect my device so wat do i do the camera worked fine before i decided to reinstall windows my camera is still in warranty i bought it on 9/25/2018
