Razer Store Delivery Issue

I'm facing a problem: when my order's status have changed to "Shipped", I've received an email with links to a page where I can track my package. The links in that email are not working i.e. I cannot track my package. Instead of tracking number there is some web-framework's url template. Obviously I need a tracking number to track my package.

The same thing has happened to me. i just emailed, live chat, and even called and got nothing.
