Razer Store (EU) - can't purchase anything due to anti-fraud

I felt the need to post this on the forum because I feel like I've been chatting with robots and pre-written answers for over a week. This is the first time a company actually refuses to take my money.

I've tried ordering the basilisk v3 + dock, which is not yet available in my country, on the razer store. My first attempt was with a Revolut card and it was reverted. The second was with PayPal and it was also reverted. After a few hours, I was contacted by razer support asking for a transaction confirmation code from my bank. I provided the code, but it was not enough. They then asked for, frankly, some silly stuff like:
- global phone number lookup (which doesn't even exist in EU due to GDPR)
- proof that I used a work email / delivery address (even though the email was an obviously personal Gmail and the delivery address can be found on google maps as an apartment block)
- proof of online presence, which I have provided

After all of this, I only received a generic "this information is insufficient to change our stance" answer. I asked multiple times for clarification regarding the "insufficient information" that I provided, but this was ignored. I also want to mention that I've never had any issues with international orders (e.g. Amazon) and the same debit card / address.

This is baffling and infuriating that a company as big as Razer still has basic communication issues like these. I really wanted to buy their products.

I believe you posted this on another platform, and I understand that this is frustrating. But our Reddit team has been coordinating with the department handling your case to look into other possible solutions. As of this time, there's not much else that I can add to your existing ticket.
