Razer Studio Not Working With 3rd Party Items/Apps

So I have a razer basilisk V2, Yeelight color bulb, asrock polychrome, and Cooler Master Wraith Cooler rgb software. They all work when I do the quick effects in the connect-devices tab, but when I do advanced effects or go into chroma studio the lights all turn off except my basilisk. I have reinstalled synapse but it did not work. I am unsure because I just built my pc and I had a laptop with synapse and it was working with my yeelight bulb, that is why I am unsure why it is not working now. Any ideas?

    The Synapse 3 version will still show 3.6.331.31613 since this is a hotfix or supplemental update. You may need to wait up to one (1) week to receive the update as the rollout is staggered.
