Just wondering does Razer support actually exist. I opened a case 10 days ago with no reply.

They do.

You've got to remember that we're in the middle of a global pandemic. Companies like Razer will be slowly returning to normal, but as you can imagine distribution and manufacturing has been tough for most businesses, and support will be taking the hardest hit.
