Razer Support Chat not working
I have been trying to get some updates on a return I shipped back to Razer a few weeks ago which was a purchase made through affirm. With the advice of the sales rep I spoke with via Razer's support chat (of which I have the full transcript), there would be no need to wait until the return was fully processed to purchase the replacement item. Now that's been nearly a month since the original purchase of the returned item I will start having to make payments on the item that Razer has had in its possession for at least two weeks, not only that, but I will be responsible for any interest charges that accrue with Affirm during this time. It would be somewhat more tolerable if I could at least get an update form Razer, but after several direct attempts to contact them, I have yet to hear a peep. I have tried using the chat option but recently it doesn't work. I just get a: javascript: void(0) message and the pop-up doesn't work. When I inspect the button this is what the element inspector shows. Is there anyone who knows how to get ahold of a Razerstore rep to help me find out what is going on?
