Razer Support in India: Blackwidow V3 Mini

I own a Blackwidow V3 Mini Keyboard. Purchased it in November 2022. As soon as I purchased it, it started mal-funtioning. Almost all the keys are unusable; typing one letter results in at least 8-9 inputs. I've had to completely replace the keyboard with another purchase, hoping to claim the warranty on my product. Unfortunately, Razer support in India seems to be pretty non-existent. There was one reseller, Acro Engineering, which used to handle all RMA in India. The reseller seems to have vanished.

Ever since I've been trying to get in touch with the Razer support team but to no avail. This purchase is ultimately proving itself to be a very bad investment; both in a product, and in a brand.
