Razer support is a joke - no response for 3 weeks on defective mouse

My mouse Razer basilisk X dongle has stopped working and I am unable to fix it despite troubleshooting and following recommended steps listed on forums and reddit. In USB mode it just constantly reconnects/disconnects over and over. This happened suddenly for no reason. I tried reinstalling drivers and firmware.

I contacted Razer support on 13 November 2024 and received no response apart from their generic “ Thank you for submitting your case inquiry. Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review.” I’ve followed up a further 4 times with the same useless response.

I really did not want to believe all the views out there about how useless Razer support was and the general poor quality of their products - I guess I am the naive one.

Hopefully posting this here actually gets a response from Razer support - that appears to be a common theme for frustrated people to resort to posting here to try garner attention.
