Razer support - is there anyone there? Case # 240902-001870

I raised a request for an RMA a week ago. Nothing. Radio silence. I have a Deathadder 3 - less than 6 months old - which keeps not getting not getting recognised by my laptop as the USB device keeps failing. I have followed all the advice on the website but actually trying to get hold of someone from RAZER is IMPOSSIBLE as you are hidden behind layers of impenetrable webpages. 

 

If anyone from Razer is actually reading this or gives a sh!t about customer service, my case number is  # 240902-001870

I replied to your PM and I’m sorry to hear about your Razer DeathAdder V3 is not being detected on your PC. I also reviewed your case and the reason why Razer Support Team wasn’t able to  respond or assist you with the case because it was misrouted to the marketing or resellers support instead of peripheral. No worries, I'm here to help! Please perform the troubleshooting below to isolate the problem:

  1. Ensure the device is properly plugged in and connected directly to the computer and not through a USB hub. Try plugging it into different ports to rule out a faulty connection.
  2. Check the mouse cable for any visible damage or bends. A damaged cable can prevent the mouse from working.
  3. Ensure Windows is up-to-date. See How to get the latest software and driver updates from Windows
  4. Uninstall the drivers of your Razer mouse if the issue persists.
  5. Connect the mouse to a different PC to see if it is recognized there. This helps determine if the issue is with the mouse or your computer.
