I raised a request for an RMA a week ago. Nothing. Radio silence. I have a Deathadder 3 - less than 6 months old - which keeps not getting not getting recognised by my laptop as the USB device keeps failing. I have followed all the advice on the website but actually trying to get hold of someone from RAZER is IMPOSSIBLE as you are hidden behind layers of impenetrable webpages.

Ensure the device is properly plugged in and connected directly to the computer and not through a USB hub. Try plugging it into different ports to rule out a faulty connection.
Check the mouse cable for any visible damage or bends. A damaged cable can prevent the mouse from working.
