I ordered a $50 Razer Gold PIN about 10 days ago.  The email with the info arrived including everything but the actual pin code so I emailed support about this.  I got a reply the next day saying they have informed the internal team to send me the PIN code.  They told me that I would receive an email update in 2-3 days or less and it’s now been 9 days.  Is there anything I can do at this point?  I genuinely need the PIN code asap as I will be going to Mexico in a few days and will not have wifi over there.  I’m pretty frustrated as I don’t understand how simply giving me the PIN code would take so long.  Please help!
