I recently tried to buy a game with Razer Gold and had an issue with authentication. Turns out I forgot to change my mobile number and also lost access to back up code. I didn't set any authenticator app so I cannot complete the purchase now. I really need to finish it fast. My question is how long does it take for the support team to respond to someone like me in Malaysia?
