I have tried to get support for an issue at https://support.razer.com/ and on the contact page, it is impossible to submit when entering serial number.
The green submit logo flashes and the console outputs a load of html, but there is no updates and the page is stuck here without being able to submit the issue

I had this same issue yesterday and had no choice but to open a new thread as well. Not gonna lie, I am super unimpressed with Razer's customer support right now...

That's odd. Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies or try a different browser? For now, allow me to help you with your concerns. You can send me a PM about the issues that you're having. Let's take it from there.
