Razer Surround 3 and Basilisk problem

Good day everyone. Just today bought Razer Basilisk. Downloaded and installed Razer Synaps 3 for it, but the software don't recognize the mose. Please help. Also, I have Razer Lycosa Mirror keyboard. It creates virtual mouse, maybe it creating problems? (using old Razer Synaps)

    Hi there! Can you share a screenshot of the issue? Have you tried reinstalling Synapse 3? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

    Yes, reinstalled S3, does not working. Done all things I've find in internet for this problem (deleting Synapse 2, with all the devices drivers for Razer. It didn't help. Seems like conflict of S2 and S3 or conflict Lycosa mirror with the Baslisk. Wasted my weekends for this problem. Now gonna give back the mouse. Other question: What software Razer Basilisk Essential and Razer Deathadder Essential needs S3 or S2 ?

    Thanks for the reply. Got that. The Basilisk Essential and Deathadder Essential both use Synapse 3.
