where can i find my code for razer surround ( i use razer electra v2 )

I have the same issue. I have a registered electra v2 and i haven't received the activation code for surround 7.1. I checked the spam folder as well. I also want to buy this if possible, but i did not find it in the shop. Please help, one of the reasons I chose this headset was the surround sound. Thx.
