Razer Surround 7.1 - keep having to turn it on and off

Hi, I recently brought Razer Blackshark v2 X (I used to have Razer Kraken Pro but the old razer surround for razer synapse 2.0 was screwed by recent Windows update that cause it to be crackling all the time so I had to get a new one) but I notice that once I use Razer surround 7.1 and I watch a YouTube video, playing games or really anything, I have to manually turn razer surround 7.1 on and off every time for the audio to be loud enough for me since I'm hard of hearing. Otherwise, it would be low for me to hear the details despite me turning the volume high on everything such as on the headset itself, Realtek and the program aka sound controls. I would love for the razer surround 7.1 to be turn on once and stay loud for me but doesn't seems to be the case. I'm not sure but does the headset has a sound equalizer or it automatic turn it down since it was "too" loud? Also to add is that I did register it on my account but I could never get it to show up in Razer synapse 3.0 so perhaps that is the case? I did reinstall razer synapse and razer surround 7.1 but didn't fix the issue. Got any tips to fix the issue or I'm just screwed?

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your experience while using our 7.1 Surround Sound and Razer Blackshark V2 X. By the way, the Razer Synapse 3.0 only detects USB-type headsets. However, the 7.1 Surround Sound behavior is odd. Have you checked if there's an available update for your Razer software? Please also check your anti-virus or firewall if it is blocking any Razer Synapse-related software. Please isolate the issue by connecting the device to a different 3.5mm port or computer with Razer 7.1 Surround Sound installed? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
