Since I can't use Razer Synapse 2.0 Legacy for Surround, Equalizer or to adjust my bass, I tried downloading Razer Surround Sound. But when I open it, it says "7.1 Surround Sound is not enabled on this account. Please use a valid Activation Code to unlock this feature." I can enabled it as my Audio Output in my Sound Settings, but when I do, there's just no sound at all. Okay, so I've seen something about Razer Surround pro, which you have to purchase as an upgrade. But all I'm looking for, is to simply use the software since nothing works on Razer Synapse on my desktop. (Works fine on my laptop for some reason) The Razer website shows nothing about Razer Surround Sound under the Software label, so I'm just even more confused. How do I acquire this Activation Code?

A Serial for Surround Pro can only be provided by support. You will need to provide information about your purchased headset. With me it took 10 days.
You could buy Surround Pro once, but it doesn't exist anymore.
For Surround 7.1 you need e.g. an Kraken X.
