razer surround activation code not working

hi guys,i need a help to activate razer surround software. i bought a razer kraken pro headset few years ago but i've never registered it on the site. now i did it but when i use my original activation code on razer surround software it's not accepted telling me "licence code is invalid" what can i do?

      I guess the activation code may already expired, or you did use the code already somewhere.
