Razer Surround Activation Code not Working

I just bought a razer blackshark v2x, but after scratching the code that came inside the box, and trying to activate the software, it says the code is invalid. Yes, i've tried replacing "o" with "0" and "i" with "L".

    Let me try and check on it. PM me a photo of your scratch code along with a screenshot of the "code is invalid" error message that popped up when trying to enter the code. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of your device and your email address associated with your Razer ID so I can verify its model and check its registration status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
