Razer Surround code isn't working anymore

A while ago I bought the razer kraken and it came with a razer surround activation code, i used to use the software but it didn't work very well for me. Now I tried to use it again but it says that my account does not have the code linked in to it, and when I try to activate the code again it says that the code is invalid.
