Razer surround needs another activation

yes I have a problem with my razer surround. I've recently bought a new pc, I downloaded razer surround using my account that already has activated razer surround in the past after succesfully installing the app it says that surround is not activated on my account and that I need an activation code, I dont have the things anymore that has the code so I tried to search on my email for razer surround and found a gift code I tried to use it but it says the code has invalid license. I already sent a ticket to support about this issue im just posting here to see if theres a possible fix without needing support thank you for the help!!
