Razer Surround no longer on my account

Hi, I have been using razer surround sound for many years now. I just recently wiped my PC for the first time in 7+ years to give it a fresh install. Upon installing Synapse 2.0 (my razer peripherals are not supported by 3.0) I no longer have access to surround sound. I cannot remember how I initially acquired it and I don’t have a Razer headset anymore.

 

Is there a way to reacquire access? It has been my surround sound go-to for ages and I’d hate to switch to another program.
