Razer Surround - "Optimized for" setting problem

thinkcoveVioletRed507
Hello, Since some months I noticed that the "optimized for" settings inside the Razer Sorround Pro tab doesn't keep in memory the headphone type. At every system restart the option field change with a random headphone type and I need to set the correct parameter manually. Anyone encountered this problem?

Are you on guest mode? If so, have you tried logging in with a newly registered Razer ID?

I'm logged in with my Razer ID with the online status active.

This could be a corrupted cloud/PC saved config files. Have you tried a new Razer ID yet? I also, highly recommend clean installing the app before testing.

I tryed to reinstall Razer Synapse and Razer Surround forcing the profile syncronization pressing on the "change user button". Finally, after few attempts, the headphone type showed in the "optimized for" field is correct also if I reboot the computer. Problem solved, thank you Razer.Caziel for your time and support.
