Razer Surround Pro activation code invalid??

Hey guys, just bought today Razer Kraken V3 and downloaded Synapse so i could adjust bass n things So, i wanna activate the "Surround Pro" in Synapse and i have the activation code in my email but when i try to activate it says "Invalid activation code". I managed to activate the code into the 7.1 surround program so does this mean i cant activate it into the Surround Pro thing anymore or what?? Do i need to buy second headsets now to get the activation code? this is driving me crazy :(
