Razer surround pro activation code missing..

I registered my Razer Huntsman keyboard and my Razer Naga Trinity mouse 3-4 weeks ago - but never got any e-mail with the (promised) Razer Surround Pro activation code - I contacted the support per e-mail, but sadly didnt get any helpful reaction how can I solve that problem ?
