Razer surround pro (Synapse 2.0)

I had to reset my computer these past few days and when I installed razer surround for synapse 2.0 the audio started to get extremely popped and cut off when enabling surround. I use the razer kraken pro neon phone and before reinstalling synapse I didn't have this problem. Can someone help me please? (I don't know if it makes a difference but I switched from video card, from AMD to Nvidia)

    If you search for this here there is one example on "how" you might get it to work. I tried, but dident work for me.. Software is also not supported anymore..
