I recently bought the Blackshark v2 X and when I scratched my activation code, I accidentally scratched it too hard and parts of the activation code are not visible. Is it possible to get a new code?

The activation code I am referring to is the one regarding the 7.1 surround sound

Have a read of the following thread

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.

If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format.
We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues.

Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice~~~

Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week.

If you have not received the activation code within a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.

Prepare the followings~~~

  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

Please send me your device serial number via PM, as well as the email address associated with your Razer ID. Also, please include the photo of the scratched and a copy of the receipt. I can use those to request a new code on your behalf.

Let's take it from there. I'll be closing this thread now to curb the conversation to PMs.
