Razer Surround Sound 7.1 do not execute

I have the same problem: every time I try to open the app, it closes by itself. I can see the icon in the bottom right corner for a split second and then it disappears... Obviously I've already tried reinstalling and restarting my PC, same result. Answer: No, Razer's Surround Sound 7.1 should also work wirelessly with headsets.

Hi, and thanks for contibution. I've the same errors on my debug.log. I've sent a ticket to Razer, so maybe they can find a solution but I saw many post like this on last days... so i supose that it is a bug on this app version

If you copy rzappengine.exe (from C:\\Program Files\\Razer\\RzAppEngine) and then paste it inside the Startup folder (hit Win+R, then enter shell:startup), and then try to run it, does it run or come up with an error?

Well when i do that i get this error(I've translated from spanish, so maybe some words has lost the sense): C\\Users\\LilCucumbah\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Startup\\rzappengine.exe The application could not be started: the parallel configuration is not correct. Check the application event log or use the sxstrace.exe command line tool for more details.

Nevermind, so the reason we get the error is simply because we didn't copy ALL the files and folders from the original folder to the Startup folder. Once you do that you will find the app launches without any errors, BUT it will still close a few seconds later. In short, the problem still exists. I still cannot believe Razer is unable to do anything even though they have their debug.log.
