Razer Surround Sound 7.1 software Log In doesn't work.
I recently purchased a Kraken X and I downloaded the software. Upon logging in, the program simply says "no authentication found" every single time. I tried to restart my laptop, uninstalled the software, and reinstalled, and still, no luck. Please help! I need this for my interview!
