Razer surround sound code not working

I bought a razer kraken pro (audio jack version) around 2017 when synapse 2 was in use and upgraded to surround sound 7.1 via a code i got with the headset, sadly i had to recently reformat my pc and redownload the surround sound software only to find that apparently i don't have 7.1 activated on my account and my code (probably due to being used already) is now invalid, what do i do?

    In addition to this, razer synapse 2 doesnt pick up the headset at all so i physically cannot just buy a new code (Since surround 7.1 instantly asks for my invalid code on startup)

    Are you referring to the Razer Surround Pro activation code? If so, please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate the registration date. Let's go from there.
