hello, so I have just gotten a pc on Windows 10 and I installed synapse 2.0, but no matter how much I try it keeps crashing when I click on it. It will go "Syncing settings from cloud" before exiting on its own. So I checked Event Viewer and two different errors show up, an application error: Faulting application name: RzSynapse.exe, version: 2.21.24.34, time stamp: 0x5ebbe8dd Faulting module name: RazerConfigNative.dll, version: 2.58.1230.800, time stamp: 0x5dbbe45a Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0001c0d7 Faulting process id: 0x568 Faulting application start time: 0x01d77bc4c9d2f189 Faulting application path: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Synapse\\RzSynapse.exe Faulting module path: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Synapse\\Devices\\RazerConfigNative.dll Report Id: adc55c8f-fc7f-4a99-8bc2-dbc4582df097 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID and .Net Runtime: Application: RzSynapse.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Thanks for sharing the application logs from the Windows Event Viewer. Try to fix the issue by performing the steps from this page. If the problem persists, please gather your Synapse Logs by following this guide. You can upload the files on Google Drive and send me the sharable link. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
