I just uninstalled and then reinstalled Razer Synapse 2.0 to try and see if it would help my Naga Epic Chroma from freezing. Unfortunately when I did that none of the profiles synced after the reinstall. When I first load up Synapse 2.0 after logging in it notifies me that I have profiles available online but none of them sync. My list of profiles is empty except for the default one that loads on a fresh install. Are Synapse 2.0 servers down? Did the service get discontinued? Is it possible I could get an import file of my profiles from support?
