Razer Synaps 2.0 missing Surround after Reinstall

I just did Windows Updates, and have found my Synapse 2.0 no longer has the Razer Surround tab after reinstalling fresh from the website. I've seen a few posts about upgrading with an emailed code etc, so I installed 7.1 Surround Sound and went back in my emails to find the code given to me. When inputting the code, it says it is invalid. My headset is a Tiamat V.2 that I unfortunately didn't register when I purchased it, but I do have the Serial Number
