Razer synaps 3 mouse tab not opening

Hello, when I try to open the mouse tab on razer synaps 3 it does not open. When I click on mouse it brings up a little grey bar at the bottom showing my mouse ( razer deathadder v2) Clicking the grey name does nothing. The software is updated and I have switched USB Ports. I have also registered the mouse. I can still change the DPI with the buttons on the mouse. I just want to be able to turn off the chroma lights. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled.     I have resolved this issue myself. The cause was outdated graphic drivers
