Everything worked fine for me. After buying a new SSD, I decided to install a new Windows on it. Now my Razer Synapse does not see my mouse. I deleted the driver reinstalled, I could not find the guides except for the removal. I tried to install it on the old disk, but I can’t select it from the menu installation location. Please uninstall all the HID drivers that appear on your Device Manager. Those usually cause peripheral issues.
