Razer Synapse 2.0 no longer recognizes Tartarus Chroma

Up until a couple of weeks ago Synapse 2.0 was recognizing my Tartarus Chroma device. Nothing on my computer has changed but the device is no longer recognized and I cannot access any profiles or change any keybindings on the keypad. Is there something I'm missing?
