Razer Synapse 2.0 not loading keymap

So, I have a Razer Orbweaver Chroma, and I have a keymap set up, and it usually works, but whenever I unplug it and plug it back in the keymap wont load up. The buttons that I changed show up as being changed, but they don't actually work. Edit, just tried to restart it and now it wont open either, pretty sure this is also a known issue
