Razer synapse 2.0 on Macbook pro cannot find my very new Deathadder Elite from package

Hi, I just opened up my Deathadder Elite from package and connected with my mac, it was typically operated. But when I installed razer synapse 2.0 and just logging in. It showed the message "Please connect a razer synapse enabled device". Even though, it was connecting. There is no problem with clicking or scrolling, it works properly. How to fix this. Please help I wanna adjust my DPI

Hi @PacificBluecampleet072, please check how your computer detects your mouse. The device will not be supported on Synapse 2.0 if it does not appear as Razer DeathAdder Elite in the System Information.
