I just received my Razer Kraken 7.1 in quartz in the mail today, hooked it up to my Mac (mac OS Catalina) and noticed that the volume is kind of low in a lot of the conference call programs. I have the volume set at max and made sure that the programs were using my headsets instead of my macbook, but still have an audio issue. I downloaded the Razer Synapse 2.0 to see if I had any other additional settings there that I could adjust but after downloading the program, it wasn't detecting any of my devices. I'm also using the Razer Mamba Elite mouse.



Does anyone know how I can fix this?



I am currently having the same issue, Synapse 3 and 2 are not picking up my headset so I can not adjust the mic. I'm also getting poor sound in general.
I have the same problem but for the new Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed. The mouse was picked up by the OS via Bluetooth and is usable. But I would like to configure it please.

I'm having the same problem, I need a lot of help. I sent you a PM @Razer.SpeedCr0ss I don't know what to do I've tried everything. Walmart might not accept this as a return with covid. I should have looked to see if the mouse would work with a mac I didn't think I'd have an issue since my naga was working fine, and it's flipping 2020... why would a mouse not work.
