Razer Synapse 2.21 unable to download Razer Framework and Other Software

Good day, I am trying to install some Orbweaver Chromas that have been moved from one machine (which works as intended) to another (the previous machine is being retired due to dated hardware). I have successfully updated to the latest version available of the Synapse 2 software, 2.21, but after connecting the Orbweaver and attempting to update, the software fails after 49% completion, backs down to 39%, and gives a failure to download message. I think the files it is trying to fetch either are not in their old server location, or are no longer present. I use these in an office setting, and they have probably saved hundreds of hours of time, and thousands of keystrokes (one lady could barely even keep up with her workload before, and after, she actually was able to find free time to help others). I would really love to get these back up and running on the new machines again.
