Razer Synapse 2 + 3

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me in this matter.



For an unknown reason my Deathadder Chroma mouse is only being detected on v2 of the software whereas my Blackwidow Chroma is only being detected on v3, so therefore am wondering if anyone knows how to get v3 to detect my mouse thank you!

Currently the Deathadder Chroma is not supported on Synapse 3, so you will have to use Synapse 2 for that device like you are already.
If you have the normal Blackwidow Chroma, that should have support for Synapse 2 as well so you can uninstall Synapse 3 if you only wanted to have one version of Synapse on your PC instead of both of them.

Older products were getting Synapse 3 support, but they have stopped migrating those older devices recently so the team can focus on fixing the bugs and refining Synapse 3. You can view the full list of supported devices on Synapse 3 here.
