Razer Synapse 2/3 not working properly

Recently my Razer hotkeys stopped functioning properly out off the blue, so I decided I'd do a clean reinstall, removing all filed from my PC (including the hidden ones). Now, several restarts and full reinstalls later, neither Synapse 2/3 function, 3 refuses to even launch. Whilst 2 refuses to recognize the mouse. I'm at my wits end and I've no clue how to proceed with fixing the issues.

      My Synapse is not even firing up. I keep getting an error message saying 'Failed to start' and offers a 'Retry' button which does nothing. Any info on how to fix this would be great.
