Razer Synapse 2 and 3 help

I have the Razer Anansi keyboard and the Naga Hex 2 mouse, both uses to work fine on Razer Synapse, until I upgraded to windows 10. Now the Razer Anansi keyboard can only be seen by Razer Synapse 2 and the Naga Hex 2 mouse can only be seen by Razer Synapse 3. Is there any way to have one of the Synapses show both?

    Hi there! Aside from the Anansi and the Naga Hex, do you have other Razer devices?
