Razer Synapse 2 doesn't find my mouse

Hello guy's so i bought my Deathadder yesterday and i tried to install the synapse and it wasn't working and today it started to work but it doens't find my device: Do you guys have any idea of what i can do? Thanks

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. That's quite bizarre. What's your current Razer Synapse version? Did you install Razer Synapse 2.0 and 3.0 at the same time? What Razer peripheral/device is currently connected in your setup?

    That happened to me too, the mice is working, but was not recognise neither in synapse 2.0 or 3.0 Neither my kraken TE is been recognised in synapse 3.0 or surround.
