Razer Synapse 2 not detecting Kraken Kitty Edition on MacBook Air
Hi anyone able to help?
I splurged a bit and got the kitty edition Krakens, but Synapse 2 does not detect them when they are plugged into my MacBook Air :(
I've done the whole remove everything and start from scratch, not luck.
Even tried Synapse 3 using Parallels (the Beta not available for Mac yet it seems) but still no joy.
Any help please!!

Using a third-party program such as "Parallel" to emulate Windows in your Mac OS is not a guarantee.
