Razer Synapse 2 not detecting Kraken Kitty Edition on MacBook Air

Hi anyone able to help?



I splurged a bit and got the kitty edition Krakens, but Synapse 2 does not detect them when they are plugged into my MacBook Air :slightly_sad:



I've done the whole remove everything and start from scratch, not luck.



Even tried Synapse 3 using Parallels (the Beta not available for Mac yet it seems) but still no joy.



Any help please!!

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. The Razer Kraken Kitty Edition is compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0 only. Using a third-party program such as "Parallel" to emulate Windows in your Mac OS is not a guarantee.
