Razer synapse 2 not working
I have a razer kraken 7.1 chroma headset. I used synapse to control the lights and the audio EQ settings. Whenever I try to open Synapse it just says "UPDATING FROM RAZER SYNAPSE" and then razer kraken 7.1 chroma underneath. It was working fine until a couple of months ago but whenever I tried to look into it, it just brought me to razer synapse 3.
I downloaded synapse 3 to see if it would work but it just says "LEGACY DEVICES" and that my device requires synapse 2. I just want to be able to adjust the sound settings on my headset again but I can no longer do that.

Morgan_RhysHi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Please check if your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files. Also, perform a clean reinstallation for Razer Synapse 2.0 and see if it helps.
