Razer Synapse 2 on Arctosa KB - Pressing Shortcut Razer Logo + Fx key not switching profiles

I have a Razer Arctosa keyboard which I recently bought (used).

I have installed Razer Synapse 2 on my Windows 10 PC.

Everything seems to be working except for switching profiles by pressing the shortcut key sequence (Razer Logo button + F1,  Razer Logo button + F2, Razer Logo button + F3, etc.)

Programs act as if I pressed just the Function key alone, e.g. (Razer Logo button + F1 launches help files).

I can switch profiles by right-clicking the Synapse icon in the System Tray, selecting Razer Arctosa, then selecting the desired profile.

I found another thread where the original poster had the same problem after updating to Windows 10.

It seems to be a bug with Razer Synapse 2 running on Windows 10 with it seems at least Razer Arctosa and Lycosa keyboards.

Does anyone know a fix for this problem, or am I forced to use the menu selection?
